Important: This document forms part of the Inventro legal framework. Customers should retain a copy for their records.

1. Ownership

Inventro and its licensing technology are owned by Vivid Telecom Limited. A subscription provides a right to use the Service, not ownership of the software.

2. Validation

Licences may be checked periodically against account, plan, installation, domain, IP address, status and expiry information. Customers must not remove, alter or bypass licence controls.

3. Suspension and expiry

A licence may be restricted or suspended for expiry, non-payment, unauthorised transfer, fraud, security risk or material breach. We will aim to provide a clear route to renewal or remediation where appropriate.

4. Transfers

Domain, installation or organisational transfers require approval and may require identity, ownership and payment checks. A licence may not be resold or shared between unrelated organisations.

5. Deactivation

Deactivation ends access for the relevant installation. Data handling after deactivation follows the Terms and Data Retention Policy.
