Important: This document forms part of the Inventro legal framework. Customers should retain a copy for their records.

1. Security approach

Vivid Telecom Limited applies layered controls proportionate to the nature of Inventro and the information processed.

2. Core controls

Controls may include TLS encryption in transit, secure password hashing, prepared database statements, CSRF and session protection, role-based permissions, account isolation, OTP options, audit and security logging, rate limiting, backup controls and licence validation.

3. Customer responsibilities

Customers must use strong unique credentials, remove leavers promptly, configure permissions carefully, protect devices and report suspicious activity without delay.

4. Vulnerability and incident management

We assess reported vulnerabilities, prioritise remediation by risk and may deploy emergency fixes. Security reports should include reproducible details and must not involve destructive testing or access to other customers’ data.

5. Limitations

No control eliminates all risk. Security depends on customer configuration, hosting, devices, networks and third-party services as well as our application controls.
